Taking proper care of your mouth and teeth will not only help you prevent problems as you get older but also help you have pleasant breath, a nice smile and feel better.

  • Chewable gums which are not sweeter are specifically chewed after meals as these help in cleaning of the teeth.
  • Avoiding alcohol is the best way to get rid of the irritation of the gums, tongue and oral tissues.
  • Taking Vitamin c daily will help you in killing all types of bacteria that cause gingivitis.
The above tips mentioned help in maintaining the cleanliness and strength of the teeth, which is very much essential in keeping the teeth healthy.
