Yoga can Improve the Blood Circulation to Brain

Blood circulation is an important process in our body. The more it is circulated to various organs of the body the more oxygen they receive and hence more active and healthy the organs will be. Inverting the body helps in the effective circulation to the lower parts of the body which helps in the regeneration of the body and the brain tissues.
