Factors that Influence Productivity of Any Work Place

Productivity is the measure of output with respect to the input. It is nothing but doing the right things in a right way. The production is being interrelated with the labour, organizations, initial investment or the capital and even the machinery. The improvement of the productivity can be done by using the factors of socio-production system. The different productivity factor groups are:

  1. Productivity related to job.
  2. Productivity which is related to human resource management.
  3. Productivity which is related to the environment.

The productivity related to job is nothing but the technological innovations which are making the job easier with more comfort for the employees in the organization and even productivity access is very faster. The no. of products which are being manufactured or developed will be increasing much faster than without the technological innovations. The technological innovations also increase the work productivity without any hazardous operations. Flexibility can also be improved with the productivity which in turn improves the productivity.

The next is much more important than the first one. The human resource management is nothing but the labour or worker or employee management. This can be done using the techniques like motivation, training and even making them involved in the decision making. The motivation can be done mainly by increasing the compensation or the remuneration of the worker according to the work done. It improves the productivity of the employee a lot and training the employees or the workers for performing according to the present needs and how to handle the present machinery. Sometimes giving importance to the decision of the employees helps for the productivity improvement. By using the technological innovations the employee’s comfort increases which results in the productivity with improved efficiency.

Sometimes depending on the environmental conditions also the productivity of the employees increases a lot. For suppose if the production system is the agriculture then the proper land management yields good results. Changing the land according to the requirement and fertilizing them improves the productivity to some extent.
