It is known that teenagers are more influenced to use illegal drugs. Though many of them know about the bad consequences of using them, they continue using them to enjoy the pleasure and to get deviated from stress and depression. - Frequently telling lies and silly reasons
- Spending alone in their rooms for longer times

However, some of these signs are even found because of the valid life stage of adolescence. Apart from these, if you find cigarette rolling papers, roach clips, small glass vials, and remnants of drugs in their room, you can say that they are taking drugs. Also, check for certain physical signs like needle marks, neglected appearance, chronic cough, runny nose, sudden weight loss or weight gain, and so on. It is mandatory that parents should conduct drug tests at home to confirm if they suspect that their teens are taking illicit drugs.
