Tasty and Spicy White Bean and Chicken Chilli Recipe

It is a delicious blend of white beans, chicken, and green chillies in a spicy sauce. The real secret behind this chili chicken recipe is the thigh meat, as it gives a better texture than the usual ground chicken meat which get dried. Ingredients
2 pounds of boneless and skinless chicken thigh cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 diced onion
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 tablespoon ground chipotle pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
10 ounce diced tomato with green chillies
4 cups of chicken broth
15 ounce of navy beans

Add chicken to the oil in a preheated large skillet and saute it until cooked. Stir it continuously for five minutes. Now add garlic and onions and allow to cook for another three minutes. Then, add all the ingredients to it except the beans. Turn the heat to low and simmer it for 30 minutes. Then add the beans and simmer for 30 minutes further. You can add cilantro if required and the dish is ready to serve. Based on the desired thicker or thinner chilli level, you can adjust the amount of broth or water.
