Vitamin B15 is one of the vitamins belonging to family of B vitamins. It is a water-soluble vitamin and is not stored in the body for more than one day and is excreted through urine. So, it is necessary to take this vitamin daily in your diet but it is not yet proven that it is a nutritional vitamin. Vitamin B15 has been used most enthusiastically in the Soviet Union and European countries. In order to maintain good health or to consume vitamin B15, the effective way is to get through the diet. You can get this vitamin from the food sources such as brown rice, raw apricot seeds, sesame seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Whole grains are also the good sources.
