Kids' Physical Fitness and Self-defense

When it comes to self defense, kids should be physically fit and be healthy, which is likely to enable them defend themselves physically. It is not only important to stay healthy and strong  but kids should be to be physically defend themselves as well. So, self-defense is related to physical fitness. To help your kids to be physically fit we came up with this article which gives them some tips for staying fit.

Exercise
Exercise is essential for physical fitness. Exercising daily helps your kids build their body. Your kids should exercise at least for 30 minutes daily, which helps you stay physically fit and healthy.

Parents should help their kids in their daily exercise. Kids develop laziness and they don't prefer for doing this so, it is your duty to make your child spend at-least sometime on exercise. To make them exercise, you too should exercise along with them.

Eat healthy foods
Exercise itself is not sufficient to get enough strength to your body, you should also eat healthy food which are rich in proteins and vitamins. This gives them sufficient energy and also makes the bones strong. Avoid eating the fast foods that doesn't add any value to the your health and body.

Join martial arts classes
It is better for the kids to get trained in any of the physical fitness arts like martial arts or karate. If they do it from childhood itself, there is chance for building up their body strong and physically fit. These classes also teach them, self-defense tactics and tips. So, parents help your kids in utilizing their childhood properly and be physically fit.

Learn tips from elders
Tips are always important for kids because they may not know what is wrong and what is right so, they should take advice from elders and it is also the elders' responsibility to teach the kids the right way and right methods on health, physical fitness and self-defense.

Look physically strong
If your kids look physically strong, the other kids won't dare to trouble your kids. If you see elders troubling your child, give your kid some suggestions and tell your kid that if you, look physically strong the other kids won't tease you, so that your kid will listen to you and obey your words so that they can buildup their confidence levels and will be ready to face the risks in their life.

Kids need to follow these tips with their parents support. This keeps them physically fit so that they can protect themselves against attackers and elders who trouble them.
