Selecting Nightwear for Sensitive Skin

How do we feel after a sleepless night? Definitely tired and restless. One of the reasons for not getting enough sleep is improper night wear. Even though it is sounding a bit wage it is true. Not every skin types are one and the same. People may have sensitive skin types which are allergenic to some particular fabrics. These people need to take extra care about their clothing, especially, night wear. Following are the few tips to help in choosing proper night wear for sensitive skinned people.

Many people think that the natural fibres are good for sensitive skins. They are quiet a bit correct but not completely. The fact is that even the natural fibres like the wool and some man made fibres like the nylon and polyester often irritate the skin especially for those who have some skin problems like eczema.

Among the natural fabrics cotton and bamboo are best for sensitive skin types. Both the fabrics are soft and absorbent and are more comfortable next to the skin. If you have a sensitive skin you can really feel the difference while wearing cottons to other fabrics.

Another thing is in most of the countries, children night wear will be treated with flame resistant chemicals and these chemicals also cause some irritation to the sensitive skin types. Check for the symbol which shows Eco-tex symbol.

The size of the night wear is also important for the sensitive skins. It should not be too tight so that it causes irritation or else it should not be too loose which also causes irritation by moving frequently.

Always go for the clothes which are soft and light. In case of kids if they are not feeling comfortable in particular type of clothing don't use such kind of clothes again.
