How to Arrange Tables at Wedding Venue

Wedding venues play an important role in making wedding different or unique. The way of arranging tables for guests for dinner in your wedding venue is also important for wedding. So you need to think for table layout.

Sometimes wedding venues may be small in size and shape. So according to what you need to arrange the tables. You can have your own wedding furniture to have any lay out you like, if you have an outdoor wedding venue. There are few common table layouts, such as:


Traditional: Arranging a long rectangular top table for bridal party and small round tables for guests, can be done in this traditional model. In order to be visible to all the guests, the bridal party sit on one side of the rectangular table. And circular guest tables are arranged for six to ten guests to sit. This type of layout is very convenient for guests to have free movement around the venue and it is convenient to have conversations within small groups.


Horseshoe: This lay out is popular one. More equality among guests is created by this lay out. In this tables are arranged with a long rectangular top table for the bridal party and two tables are arranged at right angles to this forming a horseshoe, on which guests sit on both sides. If you have small number of guests then it is best for you. You can create the table lay out in the E shape also. Bridal party's table is on the vertical prong side, and tables for guests are arranged like three horizontal prongs.


Banquet style: This type of style is fashionable in receptions. In this three large tables are arranged which are parallel to each other, bridal party sits in the center of the middle table and guests gather around them on other two tables.


These are the table layouts which are used in wedding venues. They can be chosen according to wedding venue and convenience.
