Yoga has become a part of life for some people because of its benefits. It has been practiced over the past 5,000 years. People are enjoying the benefits of Yoga. Regardless of the age, Yoga has been practiced by many people. Yoga is a Sanskrit word and it means union. As of now, around 11 million Americans are practicing this yoga and are enjoying its health benefits.

Yoga includes postures and breathing techniques. Apart from the physical health benefits, there are also mental health benefits like it keeps the mind relaxed. Whatever may be the reason whether you do it to relax, meditate, or to just keep yourself in good health and physique, it has numerous benefits.
