Planning for eatables while going on a trip is important, as eating outside food is very expensive and most importantly these are unhealthy. So, in order to help you to prepare for the trip, here are few eatables which are healthy to eat and which are also available easily.

Fruits:

Fruits are the best sources of many vitamins and minerals required by a healthy body. These include blueberries, apples, papaya, bananas and many more. These are very easy to carry and the best options during travels. It is to be remembered that fruits should be washed before consumption as they contain many surface contaminants.

Trail Mix:

Dried fruit and nuts contain many vitamins and minerals and trail mix can boost your body with potassium and magnesium which are both essential to metabolism, nerve function, and muscle function.

Chex Mix:

Chex Mix contains 50 to 60 percent less fat than potato chips and it also contains a fiber boost from the whole grain portion which helps you to curb your hunger till you have time for a bigger more satisfying meal.
Cereals:
Cereals bars are excellent sources of fiber which helps to keep your stomach satisfied for longer time while on the road.

Peanut Butter Sandwich:

These give lots of energy. They have two slices of whole wheat bread and a center full of all cream.

Walnuts:

Walnuts contains more omega 3’s than salmon, half the amount of protein as chicken, as well as anti inflammatory poly phenols. These walnuts will help in better functioning of heart, metabolism, and muscles.

Energy Bars:

Energy bars contain fiber, protein and carbohydrates. A healthy energy bar low in sugars and fats will boost your energy and metabolism in all the right ways.
These eatables are very easy to carry and also easy to prepare, which is very much important during travels. These also provide high amounts of energy even when taken in less quantities.
