Drug testing in pre-employment stages helps in maintaining discipline, integrity, professionalism, etc. In many organizations drug testing has become very essential to have a drug free working environment. Drug testing helps in saving the cost that can be lost in health care of the employees. Therefore drug testing during pre-employment is very important, as it helps in the following ways.
  • Ensures safety: The organization needs to be sure that the environment at work place is free from any type of addiction relating accidents, crimes, injuries, etc. Safety is increased at job by drug testing and maintaining environment that is safe and secure. General Engine Problems Every Car Owner May Face

Some engine problems are inevitable for car owners. These are common without exception of model, make, mileage and age. Proper maintenance of a car will help to reduce the need of repairs. But there is no guarantee as a car will never break down or does not need any repair. The chances for problems in the car engine will increase when the car traveling more miles. Even-though these are not much serious problems. Those are likely to have gas cap, dust and dirt problems. We will discuss in this article, common problems faced by car owners.
  • Starting troubles: Starting trouble is one of the most common problems faced by many car owners. If it is a battery issue clicking noise will be audible but the engine does not respond or does not crank for it.
If it is problem in fuel ignition system, the engine will crank but not start. The common reasons for not the engine not starting is defective fuel pump, discharged or low battery, clogged fuel filter, loose or corroded battery cables, failure of ignition switch and starter motor relay failure.
  • Overheating: Most cars are have warning lights or temperature gauges that will alert when the engine is facing overheating issue. The overheating is done frequently, can cause expensive or serious damage to the engine.
Overheating is because of low coolant levels. In this case, check the coolant overflow reservoir for any leaking indications. Maintenance of the cooling system is very important. A blown head gasket or a cracked head can also cause the overheating. White exhaust smoke and coolant loss indicates the need for engine repair.

The other reasons of overheating an engine are dirty air filter, defective radiator cap, internal or external coolant leak, kinked or broken radiator hose, non functioning cooling fan, dirty or low coolant level, faulty thermostat.
  • Bad fuel-air mix problems: The bad fuel mix can happen in several ways. If there is no gas, the engine does not get fuel, air taken in is clogged the the air is insufficient and the fuel is there.
If the combustion does not occur properly, the fuel system supplies too little or too much fuel to mix. If fuel contains water or any other mix and is impurity it will not burn.
  • Lack of spark: Lack of spark is another problem to the engine. It can cause because of many reasons. If the spark is not on time, too late or too early in the cycle, the fuel does not ignite and problems will start. When the spark wire is cut, it doe not work.
